UK: W&DB s' board director listed in UK's "Top 100 Performers"

Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries' board director Paul Inglett has been named as one of the UK's "Top 100 Performers" in the annual Finance Week review of finance directors, Express & Star News posted on March 14.

Paul, 36, who joined the main board of the Wolverhampton group in 2002, was placed at number five in the top 100, which was topped by Tesco's finance director, and was placed highest in the brewing and pubs sector.

He was praised for setting high standards for the business - and achieving them. These included the acquisition of the Jennings and Burtonwood businesses, and the arrangement of £500 million securitisation during the last 12 months.

In the same poll another W&DB senior executive, Andrew Winning, was named number two in the Top Ten Treasurers, one of the most important roles supporting the finance team.
